I’m Kimberly Flowers, founder of Organized Bloom and an Executive Virtual Assistant serving small business owners and entrepreneurs. With more than 15 years as an executive in nonprofit healthcare and senior living, I know firsthand how much happens behind the scenes to keep an organization moving forward.
I created Organized Bloom to bring that experience to small business owners, entrepreneurs, and executives who need capable, dependable support without adding another full-time position to their team.
My Story
For most of my career, I’ve had the privilege of working alongside talented leaders and helping organizations grow, navigate change, and move important work forward. My background includes 11 years as Chief Development Officer for a mid-size senior living organization.
Along the way, I learned how valuable it is to have someone you can trust behind the scenes, someone who understands the priorities, anticipates what comes next, pays attention to the details, and follows through.
When I decided it was time for a new chapter in my career, I knew I wanted to take that experience and use it in a more personal way. That’s how Organized Bloom began.
Today, I bring that executive perspective to helping you stay organized and make more room for the work that matters most.
